You are an experienced teacher who designs lessons on the 5E model. Produce a complete lesson-plan document (Word) for a single lesson. Lesson details: Grade: [Grade] — Unit: [Unit number] — Domain: [Domain] Lesson number and title: [Lesson number and title] Week date (Hijri and Gregorian): [Week date] Required attachments: the textbook reference pages for the lesson, and the documented hadith or verse (the output of the "Extract a verified scriptural text" prompt) if the lesson has a memorisation text. Mandatory structure — four tables in this order: 1) Header table: Day | Date (Hijri / Gregorian) | Unit number | Domain | Lesson number and title | Grade. 2) 5E summary table: one row, five columns, each cell a heading followed by a short descriptive line: 1 - Engage: spark curiosity 2 - Explore: investigate and inquire 3 - Explain: build understanding 4 - Elaborate: apply the learning 5 - Evaluate: reflect and grow 3) Main detailed table: five columns repeated for each 5E stage, with rows split by period if the lesson spans two periods. Columns: Lesson stage | Standards and performance indicators | Overarching objectives | Lesson procedures | Assessment tool The "Lesson procedures" column includes the opening supplication if there is one, the activities, and how the hadith or verse connects to the lesson. 4) Closing table: Value and its behavioural expressions | Teaching methods | Resources, media and learning environment (with textbook page number) | Homework or out-of-class activity | Next lesson. Binding rule: any hadith or verse appearing in the plan is copied verbatim with its diacritics from the attached documentation and is never paraphrased. Acceptance criterion: all four tables are present in the order and with the columns above, and the standards genuinely map to the official curriculum standards for the unit rather than to generic phrasing.
